Maybe Richard should close that thread. It became stressful. Just saying. It turns round and round. One member doesn’t want to accept Naim official explication.

As FR says, this thread seems to be going round in circles and is probably overdue closure. I think that Steve has explained well why it’s not as simple as some might think and why additional work is usually required. Ultimately though this must be done through Naim’s proper service and support channels. They can give any customer a proper indication of price via their Naim dealer.
Something that may be somewhat lost here but is worth bearing in mind is that Naim still support these things where others may well have chosen to cease such support many years earlier.
