Without wanting to move away from the thread too much but UK 10Y govt interest rates are currently 0.75%, Germany is -0.33%, Switzerland -0.56%, France -0.2%, Holland -0.19% … Greece 1.4% so in the world of relatives and globalization we are in a pretty good spot (oh and US is 1.82%)
