552 display won't switch off with remote

Hi can anyone help…led’s on volume, balance and sources will not switch off with remote …
tried powering down then back up again…no good. Volume on remote works…and inputs … can anyone advise…

Make sure you select pre button first then disp . At least that is what i have to do on my 282.

When a CD5i was my only Naim, I even took the remote to the dealer once because of this. Thought it was broken as id had stopped doing anything for the CD player

Yes worked on my Nait 5i the same press the pre button first.
