I get it every time I access the forum on my work iPad. That is through a browser not the Discourse app, and it is regardless of whether the last access was an hour ago or a few days ago. (The app is not available to me on that device, being a corporate one.)
Likewise on my own iPhone - I just checked with both Safari and Google Chrome. Doesn’t happen with the App.
Just got it on a MacBook, all software up to date and nothing done to the system. Opened the forum earlier and it didn’t appear.
