There is no such thing as a copyright area, copyright applies to a creative work . Private areas won’t be accessible on the www without some sort of private authorisation and access control, or by definition they are not private. The WWW is intrinsically public.
Chat gpt, Google, Bing etc… will only be able to access web sites they specifically have access to. Anything else would be easily identifiable and evidenced and would be illegal and carry a penalty or sentence for a cyber or computer mis use crime. This is what certain firewalls and network intrusion detection and prevention systems protect and police that most businesses and cloud services adopt.
Chat GPT, Google, Bing and many others offer AI based on large language and multimodal models using publicly accessible gathered data.
