@Stevesky
I would like to request the addition of two web radio stations. They are:
HearMe.fm Late Night Jazz
and
HearMe.fm Gregorian Chant
Sincerely,
Pierre

Hi Steve,
Thanks so much, I never thought to search using the beands.
Since switching from V tuner to Focal, with the new app (Muso 1st generation), we’ve lost the alarm function. Naim had released a patch for newer streamers. Do you know if we’ll get this feature back?
Best regards,
Hi Pierre,
I think the alarm feature having issues maybe an app (iOS or Android) issue. I’ll discuss with y colleagues and get back to you.

Steve
Thanks, Steve, for your reply.
However, the alarm function worked fine before the new app. I believe the 2nd generation Muso 2e gen. initially had the same problem before the patch.
Best regards,
Hi @Pierre3
as the older products (Bridgeco based - green screens / Muso gen1) work very different to current products, can you clarify the product you have an issue with.
Primarily:
- Older products - they use the iOS/Android phone app to generate the day light saving table for the product to then use.
- Newer products - concept of countries/regions/day light saving is built into the product. The app has no bias on when alarms trigger.

Steve
Thanks, can you clarify if you use the iOS or Android Naim app?

Focal & Naim for IOS version 2.1.10
Thanks,

Hi Pierre,
Discussed this with my colleagues. There was a bug fix that was rolled out for the iOS app for this issue.
To check:
- In the app ->settings → Alarm Clock, make sure the correct time is shown:
Next up, check the alarms (weekend and weekday) and make sure they have a valid time + the radio preset used is valid. As we switched radio service it coukd be a case that its attached to a broken vtuner radio preset

Steve
Hi Steve,
Great, the alarm is working properly! It was when I changed the Vtuner that the problem was impossible to fix. But the time is displayed correctly now, and everything works.
Thanks again, Steve.
All that remains is for me to check my second Mu-So, the Mu-SoQb.
Great,
I’ve renamed this thread to more match the content discussed.
Best
Steve
Thank you very much Steve for your expertise.
Kind regards,
Pierre
