I took the plunge and got myself a NDS for £2000
I’ve tried to run a digital link from my output on NDX BT to the input on the NDS. To enable me to use Bluetooth untill my new Bluetooth streamer arrives. Last week I set my brother up with the NDX BT linked to Uniti and that worked just fine. I was thinking the NDX BT would take the Bluetooth signal to the NDS. You know what a thought done it thought it would put a feather in the ground and grow a chicken dose anybody here have any feedback or advice re bluetooth 5.4 receiver or better for the NDS. Until I can get a proper connection sorted out.
Have you enabled the digital output on the NDX in settings? And the digital input on the NDS.
Got it to work digital 1 in sounds bloody good under statement even with bluetooth from the NDX BT
I now need a recommendation for the best bluetooth receiver for the NDS, the NDX BT will find a new owner that will appreciate it of that their can be no doubt. Great value for the money No
What is the source of your streaming, are you using tidal or qobuz or another provider?
Yes, what is it you are wanting to transmit to the NDS via Bluetooth?
There might be a better way….
But, if you must use Bluetooth, to answer your question, I once tried an iFi Zen Bluetooth receiver, into NDS, with acceptable results, given the constraints of Bluetooth.
Another option might be a WiiM Pro? This can stream all the main services into your NDS and also work as a Bluetooth receiver or transmitter.
I found this to give surprisingly good results, feeding an NDS.
I once used one to try out streaming.
Once happy with my streaming experience, I then decided to add an ND5-XS2, as a streaming transport, into the NDS.
This also has a Bluetooth receiver.
But the main question, at this stage, is why do you specifically require Bluetooth?
Router is three floor down so a very long run needed. Bluetooth is tempory I’ll take a look at that I think current Bluetooth is 5.4
I used to have one of these which worked well before I got my streamer. (Also branded as Logitech, but dearer).
A friend of mine uses one of these and is happy with it.
Both available from Amazon and other usual places.

How are you controlling the NDS (or NDX) now? Surely it has a network connection?
