Maybe a long-shot but see if you can establish if the issue is with the left channel. I had an SQ problem with my 500 and it was traced back to an oscillating fan board, which works off the left channel apparently. System would sound fine until the fan started then the left channel would start to deteriorate.

Ok I have managed to replicate problem ā¦it is something to do with Roon ā¦ if I control via the pc using pc screenā¦brilliant. If I control via mobile phoneā¦it says switching channel and the bass deterioratesā¦I think it may be switching off the dspā¦maybeā¦ I will be checking this outā¦I am allot happier I am tracking it downā¦I, dont think the Naim side of things is an issue phew!!!
