I don’t subscribe to any music services and only use a Qnap nas. Have you tried this between a nas and switch and/or between switch and streamer?
No I haven’t but I think it would be worth a try.
We recently swapped out a fully fabric covered large sofa for a leather one.
Definitely can tell a difference in how the room sounds now.
With the fabric sofa the room was definitely more dead sounding.
With the shiny leather sofa the room is much more alive with a slap back clap and a clearer brighter resolution.
Time will tell for a preferred presentation.

A free one from the Chord demo at the Bristol Show.
Twist the interconnects loosely. I thought that it probably worked well there because of the mass of equipment and everyone carrying a mobile.
Tried it at home and it might be subtle but things were clearer.
Easy to do and easy to undo?
