It’s on general release and this can be found on most streaming networks.
Apple has it the right way round aswell,

Was wondering if anybody else have had albums that are reversed?
All the streaming networks have both. It’s not exclusive to Apple in any respect.
Go see They Might Be Giants. They perform one song backwards every gig and then start the second set with a reversed video of the performance just to prove it was what they were doing.
Reddit tells me that “ Harry Bertoia, a sculptor who also recorded some beautiful metallic music, has issued reverse recordings of his pieces.”. So there you go.
Seems to be a way of exiting a contractual obligation.

Mike Oldfield has used samples of his own recordings backwards. The chanting on Return to Ommadawn Part one is actually the original chanting on Ommadawn part one, but backwards.

It arrives alongside a re-release of her 40-minute audio-visual journey ‘ƎYƎYƎ ODYSSƎY’. The new version, released via Play It Again Sam / Crush Music, follows the release of lead single ‘TЯAƎH ЯUOY OT YAWHӘIH’.
All very odd in that it’s the weakest of her albums by some distance and there’s no obvious benefit to doing it unless it gets her closer to getting out of a cibtrsctuak obligation.
