Hi,
An issue has arisen where the artist artwork is not showing, but when clicked on, it is actually there. Using latest versions of Naim app IOS and Asset via Synology. Just started happening.
Any help gratefully accepted!

I’d try restarting the app. If that doesn’t work, clear the cache. This glitch happens sometimes, and when it does I ignore it and it sorts itself out eventually.

Hmmm. How do I clear the cache? Is this on the Asset app thru Synology?
Or on IOS device?

Ah it could be the size of the embedded artwork; if I recall correctly, the max supported in the app is 1000x1000 pixels.
I have reduced the size to 800 x 800 and cleared image cache, but still the same 
Have you told Asset to do a full rescan?
Yes. Have done a full rescan. Well, I stopped it after 8 hours. No quite 2TB of files.

I still can’t get some artwork to display.
Cleared image cache.
Artwork is less than 1000 x 1000.
In the example, all Cabaret Voltaire artwork is visible once I click into the folder of the albums. And it shows on my Uniti Star.
Any ideas?
