I’ve just added an SVS SB2000 pro subwoofer to my Atom + Focal Aria 906s and it has made a great difference. Very good investment.
No, I have not. It sounds perfect as it is, so my tweaking days are (almost) over.

I have noticed the same when adding a subwoofer to the Atom. The sound does not only get more dynamic and with extended bass, but the overall sound improved. Voices sound more open and the sound is more 3D overall. The latter came as a bit of a surprise as I was only expecting to improve the bass performance.
