Atom HE & Core instruction manuals

As I searched the forum, it seems that Naim/Focal changed their website last year?? With the new web site I cannot locate instruction manuals for the Atom HE or Core. Previously they were at the bottom of each product page.

Prior to going “online” each of my Naim products came with a paper “Reference Manual”.

Is there a place on the Naim’s web site where they either have an online instruction manual or scanned Reference Manuals for current and previous products?

Any help locating the manuals would be appreciated.

Naim stopped producing reference manuals a long time ago and so what you are looking for doesn’t exist. The substitute was the on line “wizards” which are occasionally useful, but quite limited. An obstacle to old-time manuals being useful long-term is that firmware updates to the product and/or the Naim App often change the way things work and indeed how you get to some features that aren’t always obvious.

For the Core, the best source of information is what you will find in the Q&A room of this forum, where Richard gathered together a fair number of posts that probably go much further than any Naim reference manual would have done.

There’s a quick start guide for the Core easily accessible via Google.

There is. But have you looked at it? It gets you going with some basics, but leaves you on your own after that.

Been so long since our Core was setup.

As I remember everything beyond basic setup (putting music store on NAS etc.) was obvious via app menus.
