Hi, BBC radio stations not working for me this morning on either my MUSO or QB. Talk Sport is OK. Anyone else having issues? Tried switching off and restarting router and both MUSOs but still nothing.
Same issue for me. V-tuner seems to be down (QB 1st generation and Uniti2) but new radio streams on QB2 are OK

Yes, the same here. No BBC radio on the Muso QB Gen 1, so having to use an Amazon Echo Dot in the office. Thankfully the NDX2 with the latest firmware is working fine in the living room. I really hope that Naim can get their new service working on the Gen 1 streamers soon.
Likewise no BBC on NDS
I’ve emailed Naim support to let them know of the issue.
In Suffolk, my Atom and both Muso Qb’s and the 555 are still working with BBC stations, but none of the Unitiqutes!! Paradise ok, and others but no BBC…
Likewise rebooted etc.
Same here. No BBC on QB, Mu-So1 and Mu-So2. Radio Paradise is fine.
Found some BBC stations that work. Selected Naim’s Choice from the menu in the iRadio, if the channel you want is there looks like it will work. So I’ve reset some of my favourites, now back in business for 6Music.
My Muso Qb v1 stopped receiving BBC channels today, although I can still play Times Radio. All very tiresome and the more so because the iRadio list won’t come up, so I cannot reset to Naim’s choice. @Richard.Dane any news of a permanent fix for the issue for v1 Muso owners?

Annoyingly, it is the same here in Winchester. No BBC stations via Vtuner. Through Naim’s choice BBC radio 1 and 2 break up, but Radio 3 works OK. It is back to trusty old FM for me tonight.
Yes, no BBC stations yet again. Dealer re-assured me at the time that there was no need to specify the tuner module in my Unity Star. If only I knew then how unreliable the service has proven to be since. Never a word of notification or apology from Naim. Their kit sounds great when it works but poor software and this sort of service outage lets it down badly.
Might be worth trying the iRadio list again, took me a few tries before it loaded.
Hence why Naim have moved away from the US based vTuner onto their OWN cloud software service with the later product firmware.
Thanks. iRadio did indeed work eventually. Radio 3 is a little flaky now though. Quite a few drop-outs before it stabilises.
No BBC stations at all since yesterday. All other stations work.
I’ve tried everything including redoing stations via “Naims choice” but no joy.
Streamer is ND5 XS.

The BBC stations on my uniti 2 won’t play for the last couple of days. I’ve tried using Naim’s choice, restarting the router and the Naim, all to no avail. Does anyone know what I can do to get it back working again please?
