Thanks for asking @frenchrooster. Difficult to find favourites but here goes. I have bought a lot this year as a result of the situation we are in. I think my favourite releases of 2020 are the following

Carla Bley - Life Goes On

Moses Boyd - Dark Matter

Dinosaur - To the Earth

GoGo Penguin - GoGo Penguin

Thelonious Monk - Palo Alto

Hi @docbot, the Monk album is a great choice, I like it a lot. Too bad it is recorded not very well.

If it’s favourite releases of 2020 rather than new releases in 2020 then I must add the Acoustic Sounds reissue of Ballads by John Coltrane’s Quartet it’s one of the best
‘Audiophile’ reissues I own.
