I can’t find a picture but I really liked the cover of “Intravenous de Milo” mentioned in Spinal Tap. They show a copy of the cover in the film.

The Gospel According To Spinal Tap. The cover’s quite good, but it’s the review that counts:

“This ponderous, pretentious collection of religious rock songs prompts the question, ‘On what day of the the week did the Lord create Spinal Tap, and couldn’t He have rested on that day too?’”

This is just beautifully simple use of colour and graphic elements from Peter Saville. When you see it in real life, blown up to LP size and printed on that special 1981 card stock, it’s just gorgeous…
