Best album/cd cover

Yeah, student in Bod and then Burley. Great time for indie post punk but also for much under-rated roots stuff. Now, I’ll raise you a Pink Peg Slax

Who doesn’t love a bit of rockabilly :grinning: We were also good at benefit stuff back in the day (and back on the track of covers)

Don’t forget the awesome gatefold artwork! :dancer::man_dancing:

It’s artwork. It’s a gatefold. Not sure about ‘awesome’ in this example :grinning:

It’s a good point, however.

That gets my vote too… especially the original with peel off vinyl skin.

The gatefold with emperor Augustus printed on transparent plastic needs a bit of care but it’s well worth it.

This cover always makes me smile. Can imagine a youngster coming out with the quote. One for lovers of the Dulcimer in all its forms. Brighton’s finest.

Gillian Welch and Dave Rawlings: The Harrow and the Harvest. The LP cover is absolutely beautiful as is the recording.

First gift I got from my girlfriend 30 years ago, Throwing Copper from Live.
This vinyl copy was a reprint from 5 years ago I got from the same girl, now calling my wife for 25 years.
