My response was to FR regarding downloading from Qobuz. Nothing to do with Melco, whatever that is.
Have a look at the “SMB” settings on your PC. If it is a Windows 10 device this feature is probably switched off. Also the SMB setting on your Melco. More information can be found on t’internet.
