I just purchased a 72 pre with 140 running a pair of Linn Kabers but have ibl’s to try out and was just wondering how you’re getting on with the active ibl’s. I’m quite impressed with the pre/power set up myself and interested what an improvement going active would be like.

Hi…I’m not there yet. The move to active has been delayed by other purchases 
. A second pair of ibls and a rather engaging bolt down Nap 160
Ibl’s been set up again after a long time of not being used. Connected to a 72 / 140 and they sound good. I might go active with a pair of 140’s later.
