Back to trying to connect musos to Cambridge tt wireless turntable. Musos have not been connected since losing all the bbc radio stations a while ago. Radio is back but I can’t even get the ‘Bluetooth’ icon to stay blacked out when I try to connect either of them
Apple in use here, so airplay is the default.
If you have an Android device, have you tried pairing with and playing through the Muso?
I tried with an A&K portable player and while it connected / paired, I didn’t get any sound.
Using a bluetooth speaker, the player did play sound thru’ the speaker.
Unless you can test your Muso with another bluetooth source, then best to either speak with your dealer or send an email to support at Naim. Include as much detail as you can.
I have never previously used bluetooth with Muso, always Airplay. Difficult to know if it is your source or the Muso not reacting.
As far as iRadio is concerned, you need to clear out all presets and favourites, before full functionality is available.
Unclear what you are desribing.
Checked my Muso2 with A&K again, after proving the A&K bluetooth worked.
Noticed there is a setting in the app on tablet, missed on phone; now playing!
Since no details of your control point, perhaps try again.
Otherwise having done some heavy lifting, it is dealer or Naim support, as previously suggested.
