update i get the sonus faber sonetto in black order it in Germany payed from swiss bank tranfer the guy at bank says it will be there in 3 or 4 lab days plus i have later 10 till 14 lab days for delivery i think it may not make it for xmas
So it doesnât look good for a Samichlaus delivery on the 6th Dec, but still time for a Father Christmas delivery on the 25th!
lol no so you know german, swiss, austrian x mas traditions have you visit during xmas or lived in one of these countries.
samichlaus was with his donkey by local grocery shop coop giving free peanuts and chocolate i get a peanut intoxication to deal my frustration lol
I have just a little bit of knowledge (really very small!) about Swiss Christmas. I was lucky enough to work and live in Basel, Switzerland for a few years. Itâs a beautiful country. When I retired I moved back to the UK - I wish I could have stayed there.
Was it that big pharmaceutical?
No, agrochemicals - Syngenta. Only the clever guys got to work at Roche and Novartis!!!
What about Fyne Audio
I think these are very smart looking speakers at the pice range you specify , well reviewed as well
meanwhile im waiting for the sonus fabers but maybe in a future the fyne audio or audiovector will on my list and hope before i die i can afford once a wilson audio or medium sized martin logan electrostatic
for the sf sonettos i will use a other brand stands triangle from france in my case i get them yesterday like sonus fabers stands are very expensive arround 700 euros the pair and with concrete sock.the triangle stands are for the model cometee 40 aniversary that are also 20 cm wide just like sonetto i thing the gloss black will go great what are your thought,s?
the sf sonetto did not made it for xmas delivery i had to use my sf prymas to listen bitter sweet syphony
3 times in a raw normally a song with i listed to when frustrated lol
They look great and are great loudspeakers. I love these sfâs. If I had to start over I might go to them directly.
I would look at the Russel K stand mount speakers, the Russel K red 50 and 100. They do seem to match with Naim amps rather well.
As with many stand mounts, they need good stands to really shine, and subtly tune the sound for your room.
These RK speakers excel at timing and micro dynamics with a lovely unforced treble.(like taking off shades on a dull day) The 50 has a bit of added warmth in the upper bass, the 100 is larger with a slightly more forward mid⌠both are ported designs and are reasonably extendedâŚ
Edit⌠possibly too late you have your speakers now⌠hope you enjoy them.
Hope you get better soon
They look lovely
