In my experience, the 350s are bit too hot in the treble with those diamond series tweeters.
Sorry for the late response, I just wanted to say a big thank you to each and everyone for your hifi wisdom. 500dr are a wish - if I had the budget! A used NC 350 is a more affordable option, I will audition before committing and will let you all know how I get on.

Maybe its the tweeters! But likely will depend on the room acoustics, while possibly beneficial for older listeners with naturally rolling off treble!

What I mean is that if you buy a NC350, you get two units. You donāt need to buy two NC350s.

At least here you do. 350s are sold per unit, one per channel and they will sell you as many as you like including only one.
