Good luck! It can take a bit of time to work out what’s going on. Other possible issues if you’ve moved house are, as already discussed, room acoustics, including the room dimensions, and whether or not there are a lot of hard surfaces such as glass, tiles or bare wood floors. Also do you have the system on the same support as in your old house? Then there’s mains quality…

The HiLine would be worth swapping out for a Lavender to eliminate that as the culprit…which it can be ime.
