Hi Steve, You were kind enough to set up a link for me for the Platform in NZ. It hasn’t been working for the past couple of days despite it being listed on Browse New Zealand and available to stream directly to my iPad and IPhone via the Platform’s app. I have it set as an alarm on my Museo QB2. Is there a prob with the link?

That one was on our radar as it went down about 19hrs ago, but the station has a bit of a reputation for having down time (see screenshot of the uptime monitor results).
They tweaked their stream url, so we’ve adjusted our side, but there is an hls compliance issue with their stream that will mean it won’’t play on older products. Will chase that down with them.

Thanks Steve for the quick reply. When you say “older products” - I have two Muso QBs one of which is about 3 years but the other was only purchased 2 months ago. Can you elaborate please?

Hi,
Muso gen1 and green screen streamers. Products that we sold about 8+yrs ago. They will have issues playing this stream. On muso gen2 it will be fine.

Does that include the NDX2?
Err no! The NDX2 has a colour screen! (It will be fine with the NDX2).
