Depends what your interests are really, other cars are available and you build a theme, or you just say sod it (me) and build what takes your fancy, biggest problem for all builders…where do you put them when finished, have you got an area to display your models ?

I do like the technic ones , the building of gearbox and engine etc on the defender was hugely enjoyable , do fancy the jcb crane but not at £350

That’s looks excellent, the lighting certainly adds to the model.
Latest project - fun to build and has flaps, wheels that come down, opening doors etc. Hubble Telescope fits into the cargo bay.
