I have no knowledge or experience of them, however if you buy with credit card at least you have some protection.
It could be a Chinese company/person that is importing products into Europe via the Netherlands and UK. There are a number of companies that do this in photography - all quite legal and bonafide. The unusual thing here is that everything is second hand rather than parallel/grey imports.
Minor update is that after telling them that due to security concerns I will need their showroom address and phone number for collection I have received no reply.
