Cable from my 322 to NC250?

Maybe Mr. Fish she’s extremely wealthy? Maybe not, in any case do you feel like it’s your business to tell a grown person how to spend their money? I don’r recall anyone telling you not to spend so much $$ on Watches.

Where’s this conversation going? I am very content with the Chord XLR Sarum T cable I chose.

The direction of this thread and all your other threads go in the same direction.

You post a question and seek opinions, which you will get plenty of.

You ignore any suggestions, trusting your dealer implicitly, so why not ask them instead of this forum, if they are that good.

And you ask the same question again, slightly differently and so it goes on.

As many others have mentioned, your dealer may not be the best thing for you or your wallet. In that you are spending far more on cables because your dealer tells you to without even trying the standard Naim cables.

I wish all my clients were like you, you are like the goose that laid him the golden egg.

In Australia a Chord Sarum T XLR Interconnect Cable is AUD500 short of a Luxman D-03X CD Player price, so you would hope the cable performance would be pretty special.

I tried the standard Naim cables, and I felt they were just “average”. When I had my SN3 and CD5si and ND5XS2, i used the basic cables for 2 months. Felt they were overly warm for my taste. With my series 300 system I used them for about a month, until the Chord arrived and again did not care for them. I still felt they were OK, but nothing special. Just “average”. Luckily I could afford better. Had I not been able to afford the Chord, I would gave stayed with the Naim standard cables.

Is this correct as elsewhere, you state it had issues from day one.

You post so often that your posts are often conflicting.

You mention that you want to move on, yet you’re the one who keeps posting, often changing the narrative on what’s been posted previously.

It’s a Forum, where people give opinions. In this case it’s now irrelevant, and the cables have been purchased and the owner is very happy.

She?

Your comment regarding one’s wealth is uncalled for.

I said “maybe”

No excuse.

I continue to be happy with the cables. I have about 3 weeks of fairly constant use (Luxman on repeat). SQ with the new cables seems fairly stable at this point, as does the whole 300 series system. No power supplies yet. Playing different CDs.
