Updated to the latest firmware. Playing from local files works well. However, when I try to login with my Qobuz credentials, I get a “invalid username/email and password combination”. Both are correct, I even updated the password just to be sure.
I’d check and double check your password on the Qobuz website, then try logging in on the Naim. It’s almost certainly user error on your part. If it was the Naim software, others would have the same problem.
If I remember well, I had to log on the Quobuz app on my phone, play music, then select my Atom HE for sound output.
Only then it was accessible and working directly on the Atom HE.
I had a similar issue recently where I got the same message as you. The solution for me was to change my Qobuz password. One important point is that Qobuz wasn’t keen on the copy and paste password method and worked when I typed in the password character by character and then it was alright. Worth a try.
Lots of subscription services don’t like cut and paste for user credentials - in order to make brute force account cyber attacks more difficult, good thing really .
