Can't play Qobuz via the app

Hi. For some reason I can’t play Qobuz via the Naim app this evening. Whenever I select a song and press play it comes back with the message: “Problem connecting Leo server”. Is anyone else having this issue?

I should probably mention that I CAN play via the Qobuz app.

I am located in Seattle, WA in the US and have been using Qobuz with no issues through the Naim App on my iPad and just tested my iPhone Naim App and Qobus is working as well.

Try reboot of your router.

I’ve tried rebooting everything. Hasn’t fixed the problem. Internet radio is working. Qobuz app still working. My local hard drive has disappeared. Output from tv is fine. I guess it must be a problem at my end. Can’t think what though.

I got issues right after upgrading the Focal / Naim app to the latest version. Quite funny, it was fixing Qobuz integration but did not worked. I was not able to access the library, then the
Qobuz catalogue appeared but not my personal one. Next day (or two days ago, do nor recall) all was fixed.
Qobuz app continued to work flawlessly.
Go figure. :wink:

Good morning everyone. Well… after a fraught hour of unplugging things, rebooting things and resetting things. During which the app lost sight of the Nova altogether for a while… suddenly it all came back! I still don’t know what I did to fix it. If indeed it was anything I did at all!

Thank you all for your support and suggestions. I just wish I knew what actually happened!
