My wife misjudged the distance from another car and it resulted in a small dent/scratch on a rear door of her BMW. I asked the main dealer, from whom we bought the car which is still under warranty and their quote was nearly £1400. The local Chips Away franchise, which has an excellent reputation and is half a mile from the BMW dealer, quoted me £380. Guess which one I have booked the car into?!
