Just occurred to me that Billy CD “book”cases can be used to display CD cases in a more interesting way than just having their spines on display. I’ve just quickly gone through my Film and Jazz cases and flipped out one CD from each shelf to display:

I have 11 columns secured to the living room walls currently being slowly emptied as I rip them all. I once did as you did. It worked fine until one day someone went to pull a CD out and all of the loose ones fell straight onto the floor.
Yeah, I can see that happening. I wasn’t planning on it being a permanent thing!
