What is wrong with my CDX2 as suddenly there is no sound from the left channel? both din and rca do not work.
As this seems to be a problem affecting both outputs, I’d try the usual suggestion of making sure (With the CDX2 powered off) that the link plug is seated correctly. (I’m assuming here the CDX2 is not powered by an external PS ?) Unplug and plug the link plug back in a few times.
If that doesn’t sort it then it sounds like a possible relay issue and a trip to a service centre to sort it out.
Yes I was thinking output relay… but DIN and RCA ISTR have different relays.
If it is relay Naim can repair. My input relay on one of the channels of my relatively new N50 was repaired by Naim several months back.
I too wonder as above, but it could also be the dac. I wonder if @NeilS could comment, as an unnecessary trip to Naim could affect the cd mechanism?

Similar advice in this recent thread - we can fix it, but it’s a gamble.
