Changing streaming service.

Due to a really annoying Bluetooth bug followed by a lack of useful help, I’m considering changing from Qobuz to Tidal.

Has anybody changed providers? Is there a relatively easy way to transfer my library across to the new service?

I’ve never tried it (although I’ve successfully transferred playlists from Tidal to Qobuz), but a Google search brought up this.

Not sure on the library, but FWIW, the SQ on Tidal leaves me a little bit lacking vs Qobuz. Fine for passive listening but feels EQd and flatish.

Look at “soundiiz”.
My expectation is your issues with qobuz will also occur with tidal, but you can trial it to see.

Isn’t that the opposite of each other?

I don’t think so.

equalize

verb

*past tense: equalised; past participle: equalised

make the same in quantity, size, or degree throughout a place or group.

Hence, flatish.

If you add EQ you add or reduce dB so the most flattish reproduction true to source would be no EQ at all. IMO.

No
