Christmas Trees Show Us Yours

Well it’s definitely that time of year again, Mrs Hanumike along with our daughter have spent the afternoon decorating our festive tree obviously under my supervision, so as they say why don’t you show us yours.

Happy Christmas to everyone out there in Naim land

Miss Deeg decided today is the day, so the first ‘satellite’ tree was put in place this afternoon. We then retired to the first Stollen of the season pleased with our efforts.

Our 2.2 metre Christmas Tree in a very big pot outside has been felled by Storm Darragh. I think it’s safe for the time being so I will leave it there.

As I’m away a lot over the Christmas period just the metal tree, nothing from the local tree farm. Those are old school Woolworths-type Christmas baubles from my late wife’s childhood and snowflakes crocheted by my sister-in-law.

For the first time ever Mrs Willy has gone for an artificial tree.

I thought this a great idea, saving me the hassle of attempting to get a club-footed, corkscrew-trunked mutant to look pretty.

Then I saw the credit card statement!

Willy.

Think of it as a capital investment Willy, assuming you stay with the artificial tree you’ll not need to buy another, so mentally amortise it over 10 years. It does look really good.

Looking a little overdressed but that’s what happens when you put a 10yr old in charge!
