why do I have no gap less playback when I stream with tidal directly from my handy over chromecast to my naim uniti star?
If I stream tidal directly from the naim app everything is fine, but the interface is too horrible… For me not usable.

Simple answer: Chromecast does not support gapless playback.
The good news is TIDAL Connect will be coming to your Uniti Star very soon, so you will be able to stream direct from the TIDAL App, without using Chromecast.
