Bob Dylan at the RAH in November.
Have never seen him before, and judging by most reviews it may be a mistake for me to do so now. But I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt.
Wish me luck……

He doesn’t speak much….actually, at all…!
I saw him some years back here in WA – after about 7-8 songs some bright spark in the audience shouted out ‘Hello Bob!’ – whole place erupted into laughter!
SC
He’s not known as Mr Personality
Lol. Writes the odd good song or two though…!
Thankfully, the band were fairly sharp behind him, as you’d expect….
Totally agree, I’ve heard interviewed and tbh it’s probably better he doesn’t speak
Listen around the 2 minute mark where Dylan bares his soul and talks about things he did then but can’t do now very profound and very humble.
Something in later years we can all relate to.
The Newbury Choral Society Saturday week, and maybe on the following day the concert at our local multiplex from the Royal Albert Hall of er Phantom Of The Opera . It depends on the weather

Thanks Andy, enjoyed the interview, a trip down memory lane!
Thanks for posting !
I was hoping I might be able to post a clip of Bob from his upcoming concert, but having read the concert info from the Royal Albert Hall it seems that this won’t be possible. Everyone will be required to deposit their phone into some sort of pouch called Yondr. Apparently it can only be unlocked when outside the concert hall.
Sounds like a real faff. Does anybody have any experience of attending a concert with a Yondr ?
Paul
Jack White in Liverpool a few years ago. Most people had managed to get the pouches open long before the gig finished. They must have got better by now though
Oddly enough I think that’s a great idea. Every gig I’ve been to in the past 10 years has been ruined by people taking photos and fcking selfies.
One photo if you want and put the phone away.
2 excellent gigs in recent weeks. My current favourite band Big Big Train at Manchester Stoller Hall and Steve Hackett at Manchester Bridgewater Hall.
A few more to go before the year is out.

Kev, you going to be at Bun’s place on Saturday?
Crowded House at the Sydney Opera House this Thursday, I’ll need to wear a musk but least it gets me out of the house.
