Connessione IMac con nDac

hello I have an iMac with usb- thunderbolt- and mini jack outputs. Which output connection should I use and which cable should I purchase to connect with a Naim nDac? Graxie

Hi, if your Mac has an optical output on the mini jack you can connect that to the NDAC optical input.
The USB input on the NDAC cannot be used but you can add a USB to SPDIF converter to connect from the Mac USB output.

For best performance you should use an asynchronous USB to s/pdif convertor. Look at units from Audiophileo, Gustard, M2Tech etc…
