Core external backup harddisk issue, PC cannot read

Hi Folks,

I bought one external hdd for uniti core backup, I plugged it to PC after the backup finished but the PC cannot read the HDD, is it normal ?

You should be able to read it with a PC. When you set up the HD in the Naim app for the backup, what format did you choose?

NTFS is right for a PC of course. Can you try another PC?

Yes, I had tested on other PC but same result and I asked my friend, he also has the same result.

I can see you are not getting much help from us here. I suggest you ask Naim support if they have any ideas.
