I thought the plastic cloches would be enough, but no.
I think all five of my courgettes, some of which were starting to fruit, got killed by last night’s frost. I should have fleeced them last night.
Oh well.
More seeds planted. Note made not to plant out before late May next year.

In my part of UK (Oxfordshire) we never plant tender stuff out until early June, you might get away with mid to late may in sheltered spots & close to coast in the south, but its a risk.
Last night the local weather station at Bensen reached -4’C, & its forecasting mins around 0’C until Thurs/Fri night.
