Not great news obviously and we all were hoping for better results. Immunotherapy can be quite successful, so the journey continues, so upwards and onwards young man.
Not dissimilar to chemo. My white cell blood count has been low and made me susceptible to infections.
It can’t be worse than the chemo I have had hopefully. Been told by oncologist that it could be better or worse and that it’s totally unknown!
No words Dan……i hope immuno does it❤️
Certainly not the news you were hoping for but if anyone can defy the odds it’s you mate. Wishing you all the very best with your treatment.
Regards
Dougie.
Anyhow, been blasting very loud Russian Techno for most of the day. Makes me feel good. No complaints from neighbours.
Loving the music!

Feel the love, mate
I had a reaction the first time I had it, my temperature soared and I broke out in a rash. It didn’t take the doctor and nurses long to bring me under control but it did slow down the process. It took them almost 7 hours to give me 350ml but I’ve not had a problem since. Apparently it seems to effect people the first time, as for side effects it’s hard to tell as there’s so many other things going on your not sure what’s doing what.
Bugger, keeping going Dan!
The first dose often (usually?) has this effect. Subsequent doses usually OK…
Can’t be worse than chemo. Been holed up since mid December in a state where I can’t do anything much! Let’s see what happens. Onwards and upwards hopefully!
Everyone else has said how we feel, but a quote from a fun, daft movie, Never give up, never surrender.
Chemo is definitely worse and a bloke as tough as you will bounce through it.
I’m ready for action! Bring it on. Chemo was so boring and so yesterday
Immunotherapy is the new Dan.
BD.
Keep on trucking Dan. Your journey is inspiring - I love your joy of music and living.
That’s what I thought
That’s seems to be the case.
That’s the spirit! Keep going, Dan!!! You really are an inspiration.
Sorry to hear the chemo hasn’t worked as hoped. Hoping the Immunotherapy is more effective.
Good luck with your new treatment Dan…
