@Dan_M did you have the first immunotherapy treatment yesterday? If yes, how are you feeling today?
Hi Paul, still strangely tired from bug last week.
Immunotherapy went ahead yesterday and so far no side effects of note.
So far so good.

Great news!
Sounds like you have a bit of post-viral fatigue from the bug. Hopefully, it will pass soon.
Pleased the treatment started, and you are mostly side effect-free so far.
Thanks Paul, the fatigue is driving me nuts. Talking sleeping 12 to 14 hours per night. And exhausted during the day!
Not much I can say or do but wishing you all the best
Ian
Fatigue can be a challenge, I would listen to your body for now and once you start feeling a bit less fatigued go for a gentle walk or some other light exercise. Trying to overdo it doesn’t work, so put on the system and just go with the flow whilst listening to some music.
Good news hopefully the main (and only) side effect is it’s a success and it helps rebuild your immune system. Take care.
As all others have said, fatigue is normal but very annoying, the body repairing itself whilst not active.
Best wishes
Hi Dan hope all is well.
Hope you’re well Dan
Thinking of you and sending you forum fellowship and positive wishes
How have you been ?
Best wishes Ian
Hi guys,
I have been struggling with energy levels and motivation. I have been forcing myself to do things, nothing major, like going out and about and some light work.
Spending time with people too. It’s working. It’s very easy to get stuck in a rut and vegetate.
Treatment side affects are mainly itchiness and psoriasis.
Thanks for asking

Dead right I’ve had a few months laying low and it’s very easy to lose your way. Glad to read your coping, you young blokes have so much stamina.
Glad that you are not sat in isolation and trying to keep active
