Some years ago I had an electrician place one. Not sure I noticed much difference. I’m in the USA.
I connect my Naim boxes into AV Options Superwiremold.
We just bought a huge toaster oven - it’s really big Breville
We while it was on I noted a buzzing from my supercap - it ceased buzzing as soon as toaster oven went off.
So I thought I should never have this problem with a dedicated line.
Did my electrician mess up? Or another explanation?
David
Ideally you would have a separate consumer unit, which gives greater isolation. I’m guessing your dedicated line comes off the main house unit.
Even with a dedicated line, there will always be something that sets it off buzzing. The answer would be a dedicated mains feed.
Correct
