Thanks for your interest. No, I tried all of the suggestions given to me to no avail. I also went to a dealer and my remote worked fine with their streamer, so it’s the NDX 2 itself.
It’s under warranty, so I’ve sent it off to Naim Focal Canada for repair. (Which has been an adventure in itself.)
This didn’t work sadly . Think it might be an issue with the unit . My last 2 units had faulty screens and this is the (second) replacement unit - very frustrating!
The only issue I’ve ever had is with the streamers. First, my NDX5 and then this now. Never a problem with pre and power amps or power supplies. Either it’s because streaming is still in its infancy with Naim, or there are inherent problems with the intricacies of a streamer.
