Disconnections from iRadio or Tidal on Mu-So and Uniti

Hi, I am experiencing really annoying regular disconnections using iRadio and Tidal on both my Uniti (2nd gen) and Mu-so (first gen). The uniti is connected wired but Mu-so wireless. I have called my ISP Hyperoptic and they sent me a new router although this has not solved my issues. Any ideas how can I solve this issue? A few months ago it was working fine…

Is the Uniti connected directly to the router?

Yes, directly with the network cable.

Maybe there is a Broadband issue from your supplier, issues like that can cause dropping out problems.
