Hello community- The display on my one year new Supernait 3 will not dim. The function worked perfectly yesterday. I’ve tried powering down and unplugging the unit. Any idea’s?

Make sure the remote is in ‘pre’ mode?

Yep- press mode
Then disp
On the remote

Every time you power down you have to set the disp to off.
Pre / Disp.
You can’t dim or switch off the main logo.
