Do you need to unplug your NSC222 now and then?

I am using it regularly and keeping it on standby. Inevitably, from time to time (and a bit like your old Windows) it all will just start hanging and taking forever (both from the App and the unit panel) until I unplug it and plug it back in from the mains?
Any others with a similar experience or anything you think I could do to avoid this?

I leave mine powered up and it just works. I’ve powered down several times in the last couple years for extended travel but otherwise it stays on. The culprit may be your network.

No issue here with wired or WiFi connection. As above, it could be your network. Have you powered down your router and restarted it?

I have had to unplug and restart two or three times since I bought my 222 two years ago; each time it got ‘stuck’, but unplugging solved the problem straightaway.

I have noticed more of a problem with tracks stopping without any apparent network issue over the last couple of months (my 222 is hardwired via ethernet). I have put it down to Qobuz glitches, as it never drops out when I use it to listen to internet radio.

Mine didn’t need to be unplugged as often as my 333 seems to need it now. I do recall though that for the first few years with the Star is needed to be unplugged fairly regularly I can’t remember how long ago it has needed one over the last few years.

Could well be network related, although dropouts or router needing restart seem like separate issues for me, while the streamer unresponsiveness is more often e.g. after being asleep? Could be connectivity during standby?
For me the issue is regardless of whether using Qobuz or radio.
And my Atom HE has never had such an issue.
