Aren’t all, or at least most, decent speakers from companies like that? They are of course a lot of other speaker manufacturers out there but I’m not sure that I’d consider many of them decent. Design of good speakers takes love, understanding and patience as well as computers and skill in furniture design!
FWIW, I have Dynaudio Heritage Specials… on the Dynaudio stands… They are not bright or bass shy. They were also expensive, they need power. They’re kind of like big speakers in a smallish box. 
NO, or at least not necessarily, look at Focal, before the Sopras they were thought a poor mix with Naim b7t no longer.
