Apologies if previously discussed. I couldn’t find anything relevant on a search.
My Unitiserve has recently packed up - hard drive I think - so I’ve started to re-download purchased albums from Qobuz. I do have a backup on a Synology but thought this would be easier.
On the Qobuz app, iPhone and iPad - no problems and all 65 items download. On the website only 7 items show and some of those cannot be re-download because of licensing restrictions. Qobuz AI help suggests this may be due to a recent problem at their end and things need to resync.
Why do you need to re-download anything if you already have it on your Synology?
Downloading music within the Qobuz app is completely separate from purchasing downloads from their download store. The former is covered by your subscription and can only be accessed from within the app. The latter allows you to store and play music anywhere.
In the app, you will see all the albums you’ve bought and downloaded ie the 65.
Due to licensing, some albums you’ve bought and previously downloaded will no longer be available to download as of now.
As the Serve has died, how do you plan to listen to your downloads? The easiest would be to put Asset on the synology and play from there. Synology does have its own upnp server, which you could use, though it’s not as good as Asset.
