I believe Groove Music, which was bundled with Windows 10, did. I don’t know if the music playing software bundled with Windows 11 does. But there are plenty of apps that do, and some of them are free.

By the way, I also have nMusic for iOS, which will play FLAC. Again, there are others.

Hi Windows has supported FLAC for a long time… its OSX that has only recently started to support FLAC.
