Error code 2-6-2

Hi, does anyone know a solution for the error code xx, if I counted the flashing red lights correctly, on a Muso Qb2?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

@NeilS would probably be able to help here.

I think that is a UART comms issue between the Arm & the streaming card.
A 10sec press of the reset button is worth a try?

Regards
Neil.

Since a hard reset, resetting before turning the power, the light switched to a steady blue light. Steady as in more than 12 hours. Do you have any suggestions for an always on blue light?

Unplug it and leave it unplugged until tomorrow, then try again.

Thanks. Just did.

Hi, long power cut did not help. Does anyone have a final tip? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried phoning Naim support? They should at least be able to tell you what the solid blue light means.

The origin of the blue light is: firmware update. But according to the app it has already the newest software. The trouble is that now it is impossible to connect the QB.

I suggest you contact Naim support.

Okay, I will do that. Thanks!

Any update @GJR ?

Hi, all possible solutions, disconnecting the power for a long time, pressing the reset button for a very long time or a very short time and combining all of these actions, have failed. The Qb2 has been sent to the Dutch Naim representative.

Sorry to hear that, please keep us posted

The streaming module needs to be repaired. Expensive operation. The device will be sent to the UK.
